Why was Aromachology Oils founded?
Aromachology was founded by Aparajita Tiwari with a mission to provide access to pure essential oils without creating a whole in your pocket. She was inspired by her grandfather's practice as Maharaja's (King's) Ayurvedic doctor in the royal city of Jaipur.

Are your essential oils 100% pure and natural?
Yes, we take great pride in the quality of our oils. All our essential oils are 100% pure, natural and undiluted.
Do you offer organic essential oils?Yes we do offer certified organic essential oils at very competitive prices that have been time and again tested in labs in United States. Just drop us a mail or message us on WhatsApp for organic essential oil inquiries.
Can I use your essential oils for aromatherapy?Yes, these are 100% pure essential oils and can be used for aromatherapy. We do not recommend ingesting any essential oils. Don't forget to consult with your medical professional before using any oils extensively.
What is the shelf life of your oils?The shelf life is usually 3-5 years if stored in an airtight container away from sunlight.
How are your prices so low?That's a great thing, isn't it? We have a solid relationship with over 80 manufacturers across the globe and that enables us to supply the best of every region and very affordable prices.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale prices?The prices listed on our website are wholesale prices only. If you wish you order a higher quantity, we are happy to work out a better discount for you. We are just a call / mail away!
How can I pay for my bulk wholesale order?You can pay via Paypal, credit card or do a wire transfer through Wise.
What is the minimum order quantity for your bulk wholesale orders?With a mission to make pure essential oils accessible for all, we give bulk and wholesale prices on order quantities as low as just 250 ml or 8.45 fl oz.
Can you create custom blends for me?Yes, of course! We would love to work with you to create custom blends with our 450+ varieties of oils. Just send in your requirements and we will help you create the blends of your dreams.
Can I get custom packaging and labeling (private labeling service) for my wholesale orders?We can help you start and promote your essential oils business and our team will assist you in your packaging and labeling needs. We even have in house graphic design team that you can use free of cost to get your labels designed.
Can you provide samples of your products?Definitely, we are more than happy to provide 5-10 ml of samples of oils at free of cost.

Where all do you ship?
We ship to all global countries that are serviceable by our shipping partners UPS and FedEx.
What is the order processing time?
We take approximately 1 - 8 business days depending on order quantity and availability of goods.
How much time does shipping take?
Orders of value less than USD 500 placed under free shipping will take 5 - 20 business days in shipping.
All international orders placed with express delivery take 3 - 10 business days in shipping.
Shipping times are completely governed by our shipping partners and we do not have any control over it. We are not liable for any damage caused due to delay in shipping by our partner companies.
Currently, we are not shipping in India.
Where can I find tracking details for my order?
Your tracking no. and all related details will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your goods. You can also find the same in your dashboard post logging in.
