Return & Exchange Policy

We kindly request that you initiate any returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your product. We would be unable to process the request after 30 days. 

Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances: if the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. Additionally, we kindly ask that the returned item be in its original packaging. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.


How to return or exchange goods?

We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or preferences. Here's how our exchange process works:

  • Let us know the reason for your exchange and provide your order number for reference.

2. Pack Your Items:

  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Please include a note with your contact details and exchange preferences.

3. Ship It Back:

  • Mail the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Receive Your Exchange:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly process your exchange and send out the replacement product.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
  • If the exchanged item costs less than the original purchase, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you will be responsible for the price difference.

Return Of Free Samples 

Please note that we do not take any exchanges or returns on the free samples sent to you. They are for you to keep and enjoy. The shipping charges incurred on the free samples are non-refundable. 


Shipping Your Products

We work on very little margins and do not take a commission on shipping. Our shipping costs are also non-refundable. Hence if you choose to send a product back to us, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost. 

We request working with a reliable shipping company as customer will be liable for the damage of goods during return shipping.
