We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or preferences. Instead of offering refunds, we are pleased to offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value given that we receive the request within 30 days of purchase. Here's how our exchange process works:

- Let us know the reason for your exchange and provide your order number for reference.
2. Pack Your Items:
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

3. Ship It Back:
- Mail the product to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Receive Your Exchange:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly process your exchange and send out the replacement product.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
- If the exchanged item costs less than the original purchase, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.
- If the exchanged item costs more, you will be responsible for the price difference.

Return Of Free Samples
Please note that we do not take any exchanges or returns on the free samples sent to you. They are for you to keep and enjoy. The shipping charges incurred on the free samples are non-refundable.
Shipping Your Products
We work on very little margins and do not take a commission on shipping. Our shipping costs are also non-refundable. Hence if you choose to send a product back to us, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost.
We request working with a reliable shipping company as customer will be liable for the damage of goods during return shipping.
