Fir needle essential oil is a type of oil that is obtained from the leaves of Abies Sibericia. The leaves of this plant are shaped like needles hence the term. You will notice that the leaves are mostly green but the intensity of green varies in it with region. It belongs to the pine family and has the genus Abies. 

The tree has a mesmerizing aroma and the oil captures the same. The compounds are made up of chemical constituents like α-pinene, β-pinene, Limonene, Borneol, Eucalyptol, Linalool, etc. These natural elements give this oil its distinctive aroma and therapeutic properties.
