Our very premium cistus essential oil is obtained from Cistus ladaniferus growing in the Mediterranean region. Also known as rock rose essential oil, it holds true to its name with its soft yet strong aroma creating magic for your senses.
Cistus essential oil shares the botanical parents with labdanum oil however the former is obtained by steam distilling the leaves. It belongs to the Cistaceae family and is known for its resilient nature in the toughest of conditions.
