Garlic CO2 extract is a concentrated form of garlic oil obtained through a specialized extraction method known as supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) extraction. This process involves using carbon dioxide in a supercritical state (both gas and liquid) as a solvent to extract the essential oil from garlic bulbs.
