Cade oil is a dark coloured aromatic oil extracted through steam distillation of the wood of Juniperus oxycedrus. Cade oil is also popular by the names Juniper tar oil, prickly medlar tree oil, or prickly juniper oil.
In folk tradition, you would find cade oil to be popular for its skin healing characteristics and for hair loss too. In modern days, cade oil is primarily used in formulating hair care products. Cade oil has a prominent, smoky, leather or tar-like aroma and is widely used in men’s perfumes. Our cade essential oil is rich in bioactive compounds that give it a distinctive scent and benefits.
